In one of the
best zones: Next to the Mediterranean Sea. At the edge of Mar Menor a
small sea inside the Mediterranean.The Mar Menor is the largest lagoon
in Europe.

In that 73 km perimeter there are crystal-clear waters and deposits of
curative mud and wide beaches. The area enjoys a permanent Spring,
with an annual average temperature of 17ºC and the warmest winters of
the Levant. The sun shines 320 days a year, without clouds or fog to
dim it, beyond doubt the sunniest place in Europe. Its waters are
shallow, not exceeding 7metres and always warmmly welcoming: 11ºC.
average during cold months and up to 30ºC in summer.
We have 300 days with no rain and the average temperature is 25ºC. It
is a quiet place but full of facilities.The water is always quiet.
Come and enjoy water sports on our quiet sea: water skiing, sailing,
windsurf, canoeing etc..

To live by the Mar Menor is to experience the daily panorama of real
life. Two powerful arms embrace the thin belt of sea and link at their
sandy thumbs, where they are virtually touching

There is a wide range of sports, outstanding amongst which are water
sports: sailing, canoeing, scuba-diving, water-ski, jet-ski. For the
expert sportsman, the occasional enthousiast, the beginner. In the
surrounding area there are 19 sailing schools, five canoeing schools
(free) and 13 scuba-diving clubs. It is possible to hire any type of
boat or jet ski. For those who do not want to learn, there are trips
by boat to the inner islands of the Mar Menor.
