How To Order
You can search for a DVD by title, actor, or director using the search box at the top - for best results, the simpler the better. You can also browse the latest releases, browse by category, or look through the entire DVD catalogue alphabetically!
Once you have found a DVD that you want to buy, you can add it to your basket by clicking the button marked Buy Now (or Preorder for future releases). This will take you to your basket (which can be found at any time from the My Basket button on the top of each page).
Delivery
DVDs that are in stock are usually despatched within 24 hours by first class mail. Other DVDs will be despatched as soon as they come back into stock.
We only charge your card when each DVD is despatched.
We accept orders from the UK, and from most of Western Europe - Germany, Sweden, Finland, Norway, Ireland, Italy, Spain, Austria, Holland, Belgium, and Denmark. Regrettably, we do not accept orders from France, Portugal, or any other countries.

Returns
We only sell new DVDs. If you have received a faulty DVD, we would ask you to check it on a second DVD player before contacting us, just to ensure it is not a compatibility issue. If it still does not play, please contact us on returns@dvdtakeaway.com for a returns authorisation number and the returns address.
