Inspired by Venetian palaces on the Grand Canal, this Classical Mediterranean design has Moorish, Spanish and Italian Renaissance roots.  A stucco and stone detailed exterior is set off by the authentic ceramic tiled roof.  Period touches abound: ogival arches, romanesque capitals, balusters, and wooden bracket supports.  Eaves have stone and bracketed designs.  Projecting overhangs also have stone brackets.
