Inspired
by Venetian palaces on the Grand Canal, this Classical
Mediterranean design has Moorish, Spanish and Italian Renaissance
roots. A stucco and stone detailed exterior is set off by
the authentic ceramic tiled roof. Period touches abound:
ogival arches, romanesque capitals, balusters, and wooden bracket
supports. Eaves have stone and bracketed designs.
Projecting overhangs also have stone brackets.

The Pallazo is
three stories, the first has a 4 car garage front load due to
configuration of lot. About 3,000 SF remain on the ground
floor which can be used for exercise, den, game room, office, etc.
but in this case has been left open due to limitations on flood
zoning.
