PersonalPost™ comes complete with its own 2kg postal scale which ensures that you only pay for the postage you really need. Sticking on extra stamps ‘to ensure it gets there’ is a thing of the past, saving you time and money.

Easy to use and install
Using the ‘Quick Install’ guide, there is no need for an engineer, you can set it up yourself.
PersonalPost™ is also extremely simple to use. Simply weigh your item of post, key in the postage (this is done automatically with PersonalPost™ Plus) and insert your letter, or franking label for larger post.
The correct postage and your company name or advertising message – will be printed.
Sending franked mail is easy. Put your franked mail in a ‘Meter Posting Envelope’ available from Pitney Bowes and post in any post box in your postal district*. Alternatively Royal Mail can collect it from your office.
* The first half of your postcode indicates your postal district.
