How can I be sure that my tickets were actually purchased?
An e-ticket will be automatically sent to your registered email address confirming your entry into the draw or if you purchased your ticket in person at a trade stand then you will be given a signed receipt.
Can I buy more than one ticket?
Subject to availability, you can buy as many tickets as you wish.
Why do I need to have a Passport and Credit Card to claim a prize?
This is used not just as proof of who you are but also as proof of age. If a winner does not have a passport, please contact us to discuss alternative means of identification.
How do I know what was bought for the charities?
We will have a page made on the winfastcars.com website which will state exactly what was bought, when and where it was delivered too. We hope for many years to come we can supply items, toys and holidays to make thousands of children happy.
At certain trade shows payments will be made to affiliated charities and they will be listed within the charity section of the Winfastcars.com website.
Can I telephone winfastcars.com for help?
Feel free to telephone a winfastcars.com representative on 02920 258838 and leave a message. We will return your call within 24hrs.
Is my personal information at risk of abuse?
Winfastcars.com is committed to ensuring the privacy of all our users. All information is collected and processed in accordance with the UK's Data Protection Act 1998.
When do the competitions come to a close?
A competition closes when the stated number of tickets sell out, or, if tickets remain unsold, individual winfastcars.com will automatically end 365 days after the raffle start date.
How long do winfastcars.com draws run for?
Competition times vary as it is down to the length of time it takes to sell all the tickets. We would expect the smaller prizes to sell out quickly. Our aim is to give away 4 cars in the first year so every 12 weeks.
How will I know I am a winner?
When you sign up for a ticket we will ask for your name, address, telephone number and email address. We will contact you by all three methods to ensure you receive the notification. Competition results and winners names will also be published on the winfastcars.com web site on the Previous Winners page within 28 days of the competition closing. We will also email the results to all registered users and publish them in our newsletter.
How much of the money actually goes to charity?
10 % of company profits.
